Casa Royal is based on the brand new Royal Park Village development located approximately a 10 minute walk from the main street of Corralejo and the local beaches. Its central location means that a car is not necessary.

Entry to the development is through remote controlled barriers to which only residents has access. There is a well stocked, supermarket located across the road from the development in the newly built El Campanario shopping centre, which also has several restaurants and the recently built Baku Water Park is only 5 minutes away.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom with French doors opening onto a small veranda overlooking Royal Park Village, double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, lamps, large built in wardrobes, ceiling fan. Second and third bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, wardrobes and ceiling fans.

Bathrooms
There are 3 bathrooms, one situated on each floor and each complete with bath, overhead shower, wc, wash basin, mirrors and bidet. Hairdryer provided. All bathrooms fully tiled and include mirrors with spot lights and cupboards.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and utensils and has granite work surfaces, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and extractor.

Utility Room
Situated on ground floor, equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, mop and bucket.

Living Rooms
Marbled floored hall leading to spacious lounge/dining area has 2 comfy sofas, a dining table with 6 chairs, TV and DVD player.

On the lower ground floor is the spacious main lounge which has an AV and PC system together with two large sofas, one of which doubles as a sofabed.

All linen and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels and face cloths. The property will be fully cleaned before your arrival and you can arrange for additional cleaning and linen changing services locally.
