Location of the Holiday Villa and more about Corralejo
At the northern tip of Fuerteventura lays the beautiful town of Corralejo.
Corralejo is approximately 2 miles square making it the biggest holiday resort on the island. The outstanding golden beaches stretch into crystal clear sea waters and along this beautiful waterfront are many cafes, bars and restaurants.
The climate in Corralejo is pleasant throughout the year. The island is also often referred to as the island of eternal spring. During the winter months, temperatures average a high of 22°C and a low of around 15°C, whereas during the summer a mean high of 35°C and a low of 20°C can be expected. Precipitation is about 147mm per year, most of which falls in the winter. The constant winds blowing the beaches makes it a paradise for windsurfing, kite flying and wave sailing , the cooler breeze is also appreciated for those who wish to bathe in the hot sunshine.
Casa Royal is based on the brand new Royal Park Village development located approximately a 10 minute walk from the main street of Corralejo and the local beaches. Its central location means that a car is not necessary.
Directions to Casa Royal
The islands main north/south road runs directly past the Airport. As you exit the Airport head north by following signs for Puerto Del Rosario (highway FV-2). Take the turn off sign posted Corralejo. This is the ring road around Puerto Del Rosario (FV-3) which eventually becomes highway FV-1. Stay on this road all the way to Corralejo.
As you enter the built up area of Corralejo, take the first exit at the first roundabout (Calle Minerva). This takes you towards the El Campanario Centre (you will see the clock tower in front of you). Royal Park Villas are located on the left as you pass the El Campanario Centre. The traffic layout is one way and not easy to access from this direction, so continue along this road to the roundabout by the BAKU Water Park. Turn back on yourself and head towards the El Campanario centre again. As you approach Royal Park Villas take the second right where there is a communal car park (just before the parade of shops).
